During the procedure, one tube of blood is drawn and then placed into a centrifuge to separate the plasma from the liquid component.
Around 1cc of platelet-rich plasma is then injected directly under the clitoris and a further 4cc in the upper vaginal area – between the top of the vagina and the urethra (the “o-spot”).
